Is the quote really free?
Yes. The site visit and the written quote cost nothing and you are not obliged to accept.
Who buys the materials?
Either works: we supply materials at trade prices, or you buy your own and we install them. The quote shows both clearly.
How do payments work?
In stages tied to progress — never everything up front. The schedule is written into the quote before work starts.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes — a written workmanship guarantee on every project, plus manufacturer warranties on materials we supply.
